[Lazarus] Problems using RunCommandIndir with Lazarus 2.0.0

This was probably written when there was no Win64 LCL-widgetset yet. At 
that time, 'Win32' was synonymous to 'The Windows widgetset). In other 
words: it only works on Windows.
