[Lazarus] Size, bounds and style of a Form

Regarding issue:

"TForm's bounds and restored bounds are inconsistent"

I have applied 2 patches by Joeny Ang already some time ago.
No complaints so far, thus I am hopefull there are no regressions
caused by them.
The issue have many related issues. Could somebody please test if
those issues got fixed together with this one.
