So the ultimate goal sounds like:
* we need to implement WinAPI on the web-browser
* Lazarus project structure needs to have means to differentiate  the code
between server and client-side?

Wasn't there an attempt to start "web" widgetset before? or was is just
limited to conversion of LFM to HTML?!
