[Lazarus] OSX 64 bit Cocoa + Catalina Installer

I tried that initially using MacOS and x86-64 but Laz wouldn't build if 
I spec'd that stating

/Compiler 
"/Users/Dan/Development/FreePascal/fpc/bin/x86-64-darwin/fpc.sh" does 
not support target x86-64-macos./
