[Lazarus] Lazarus on Ubuntu 18 does not restore all minimized windows with the main window

I found a setting I believed to handle this:
Tools/Options/Window
There is a setting "Show single button in TaskBar"

It looked promising but I checked it and all looked and worked as
before even after restarting Lazarus...

What is the purpose of this setting?
