[Lazarus] Online Package Manager question

I think that would be an excellent idea. 
Not sure if lazarus-ide.org has a mailer.
I hope so, but if not, I can always create a lazarus-opm at freepascal.org or somesuch.

Please let me know, so I can correct the text if need be :-)
