But now I have found a life-saver!

In OnLine PackageManager there is a package named Autosave, which I
have installed.
Now there is a File/AutoSave Options where I can set a save interval
of say 10 sec.
Doing so my work loss is minimized to 10 s of coding if a crash
happens.
I can live with that!
