[Lazarus] Keyboard mapping probelm

Fpcupdeluxe maintainer message:

Currently, QT5 Linux Lazarus will not build due to outdated libQT5pas.so
that fpcupdeluxe uses.
The same is valid for macOS.

This issue will be solved in next release.
