[Lazarus] Default project ?

IMO better would be to have compiler settings presets (=named list). 
Then, of course, it's easy to implement to be able to pick up the 
default settings for each project type from the presets list.

Also, I am bugged by the fact that I cannot delete the (currently 
global) default compiler settings that I once set.
