[Lazarus] Lazarus and ZeosDBO

[Sergey Bodrov]

1. Main menu -> Package -> Online Package Manager
2. Enter 'zeos' into filter field
3. Check the ZeosDBO package and push Install button
4. Rebuild Lazarus

Zeos components will be at 'Zeos Access' tab on components palette
