About naming:
We have MatchesWindowsMask(List), but TMaskWindows.
That's not very logical or consistent.

Either we should rename TMaskWindows to TWindowsMask, or fase out
MatchesWindowsMask(List) in favour of MatchesMask(List)Windows.
