[Lazarus] Strange issue with TImage and lazarus 2.2.2

Ah, I had installed the git version, and then OPM displays the installed 
version number...

You can find the author's github version (v0.82) at 
https://github.com/galfar/imaginglib (if you don't use git, you can 
download also a zip from there).
