[Lazarus] Improved Editor Macro Viever

In 06352700aa7c I improved the GUI for managing editor macros, View ->
Editor Macros ...
Please test.
Earlier in 7485ac827a the IDE toolbar button for macros got a dropdown list.

The editor statusbar seems to have a button to stop recording a macro. It
is not synchronized with the Editor Macros window buttons.
Maybe the statusbar should also have a button to start recording.
Things can be improved. Maybe I missed something important in the macro GUI
rework, too.
