[Lazarus] Anchordocking - Undo docking

I'm trying to learn more about using anchordocking in my applications.
Looking at the sources (+8000 lines only in the anchordocking unit)is a lot
to take in. :-)

Lets say a form has been docked already. Whats the simplest way of undoing
the docking? I don't mean just floating it, but also to remove its
TanchorDockHostsite and restoring the borders and the rest to the forms
original state, how it was before docking?
