Now that, with Martin, I found the casue of the problem with the 
fpbebugger, now I have a different problem: the TSpeedButtons cut the 
text that previously fit.

the upper toolbar is in lazarus 2.6, the lower one with 3.0 RC1.

The rest of the layout of the form seems OK.
