[Lazarus] Need a good replacement for TMemo

OK, I found the reason.
I had made experimental reordering in component palette pages. A new
installed component does not go to a user modified page. After doing
"Restore defaults" the RichMemo icon became visible.
It means there is a bug in the palette config code. :(
