[Lazarus] Lazarus VirtualTreeview recompile on Lazarus 3.2 deb

While adding virtualdbtreeview to Lazarus, Lazarus VirtualTreeview recompile on Lazarus 3.2 deb.
Does the same on Lazarus 3 deb.
