[Lazarus] MainMenu with highlighted shortcut character

The highlighted character in TMainMenu.Caption "&Datei" only shows up
sometimes but works allways. Is this a bug?


This happens on Linux and Win 10 with:

Lazarus 3.99 (rev main_3_99-1555-ge253e8cfb4) FPC 3.2.2
i386-win32-win32/win64
