Hello, Items specific to the Qt widget set

I want to notify that 5-25 august I will be at vacation and away from 
code and problems. And from 5-15 Zeljan will be at vacation too. So 
there will be no thurther progress on qt widgetset at that time.

To Den:
We are still waiting for QItemDelegate to implement missed parts in 
combos and listboxes :)

To Luiz:
As far as I know you have write access to lazarus svn, so feel free to 
make changes you need in VT. We'll review and test them later. If you 
have no access then hope Felipe can review your patches.
