Resolved.  It had to update the paths:

PATH=/usr/local/Trolltech/Qt-4.2.2/bin:$PATH
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/Trolltech/Qt-4.2.2/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
