[Qt] Re: Magnifier on OS X

Right now, I don't see any evidence that the Qt tray icon works on OS X. I've attached a sample program.
On Windows, this adds a blank item to the tray. (For some reason, I can't get the icon to show up on the tray even if I hardwire the path to the file.) Right clicking the blank tray item shows the "Menu item" menu.
On OS X, this does nothing, just a normal window with a normal menu bar. The "System tray is present" message appears, so it's detecting the system tray. Nothing changes in the Menu extras area. Nothing is added to the app's menu.
I'm running 10.4.8, which is the latest version of OS X. Also running Qt 4.2.2.
