[Qt] QT patch

What program fixes line endings?

The only patch.exe I have on my Windows machine is the one that came with Lazarus.

I have MinGW installed, but it doesn't have a patch utility; I don't have cygwin installed.

Convert the patch to windows line endings before applying it with patch.

Or use cygwin patch, instead of mingw.
