[Qt] Good progress on TBitmap

Ok, sorry, I made a try and wasn't able to quickly solve this problem
... will need some research.

On another unrelated matter, I just commited a fix for MouseMove
events, they should be fully working now =) (At least for QWidget),
and that means my glass is moving!! =) And amplifying the screen.

It seams there is very little to go to make the magnifier fully working.
