[Qt] Good progress on TBitmap

I don't think I have a CVS client on any of my computers so I guess I'll have to look into that. All the projects I work with use Subversion.

I did some modifications, so althougth buggy, it already runs =) So I
think it's ready for a pre-eliminary test.

Use the CVS magnifier source code, combined with latest Lazarus source code.
