[Qt] for Den

Hello,  Items specific to the Qt widget set.

Den, can you add QStyle descendants to bingings (QMotifStyle, QCDEStyle, 
QMacStyle ...)? They will no be used in lazarus but they give me 
opotunity to test themed painting with different Styles without having 
to install qt under linux and mac.

I need only constructors and destructors and nothing more. We can delete 
them later from bindings if needed.

I know I told that we doesnot need them, but circumstances makes me to 
rethink :)
