[Qt] FPC Qt4 Binding V1.35

Hi Den,

I finally got Qt 4.3 to compile on OS X. I had to install the latest
Xcode and several additional SDK's that weren't required previously. Do
you want a .dmg installer as before or should we wait a bit to see if
there will be any more changes to the interface library?
