[Qt] FPC Qt4 Binding V1.35

I was just testing Qt 4.3 with Lazarus last night. I'll send Den a .dmg
tomorrow.

Is the PowerPC build okay?

In the last days there weren't changes to v1.35

I would like to do some development with lcl-qt, but I don't really
want to build qt, build a dmg, and all those things....

Maybe Phil could create a dmg now =P and another in some weeks if things
change
