[Qt] Qt versions

Hi,

I think we need to stop a little to think about which Qt version to support.

About qt 4.3, I just went to distro watch and no distributions are
currently released with it, I would say we are updating too fast our
Qt version.

At this point it would be a bad idea to go back to an older Qt
version, but let's take some time with Qt 4.3 (even if trolltech makes
a new version), until it's more widely spread.

It's quite hard to install new Qt versions on linux distributions that
come with older versions, so this limits heavely where our
applications can run.

By the way: Den, can you readd the link to the older versions of the
bindings? Those for 4.2 and etc. With them, and an older Lazarus
revision I could test Qt in this machine. Without them, it's
impossible.
