[Qt] new qt update patch

Hi,

I think that your contributions are great, and I want to give you
subversion access to the Qt directory to speed up the development
process. But I can't do that if you don't ident your code.

On Lazarus and also on Free Pascal we follow borland style identation.

And please re-submit the patch with identation.
