[Qt] compiling qt widget interface

Well, one would need to build the helper library too (qt4intf.dll).

Wasn´t there the case not long ago that there were no gnu binutils for
win64? In that case neither qt nor qt4intf will work on win64

Also, there is no pre-compiled qt library for win64, one would need to
compile it´s own, supposing qt supports win64.
