[Qt] New patch - TPageControl, TScrollBar fix

New patch attached r11225:
+ qtwidgets: TPageControl , properly set ActivePage, while changing tabs.
*  qtwinapi: BUG with TScrollWinControls fixed (Scrollbars on forms)
+ qtwsextctls: added mode delphi instead of objfpc 
   (all others are mode delphi)
   + Added TPageControl hook.


Also , why Modal form eats CPU (kernel-2.6.20-smp)  ? Anyone seen this ?
Felipe, do we really need Application.ProcessMessages() and sleep() in 
ShowModal() ?
