[Qt] qt dll for windows 64

IIRC for the open source edition they only support GCC as compiler.
So qt for win64 does exist, but it's the commercial version built with MS 
Visual C++.
Until gcc is ported to Win64 there won't be an open source qt edition for 
Win64.
