[Qt] Small item on the left-top corner of a dialog

Hello,

Something I noticed some time ago, but didn't find any good
explanation for is that on the configuration dialog of the magnifier,
which should have just a TPageControl and some tabs, something extra
appears on the left-top corner. Any ideas what it is, what creates it
or something similar?
