[Qt] request for bindings

Hello, Items specific to the Qt widget set

I want to implement custom dash pens on all widgetsets and in qt it can
be done through

QPen::setDashPattern which is not in bindings. I know that it has been
introduced in the qt 4.4 but I dont see it even in new bindings.

Den, please look at it and dependencies (QVector<qreal>,
QPen::dashPattern ()).
