[Qt] V1.70: All platforms

Hi,

Version V1.70 of the Free Pascal Qt Interface is released.
Please try it on your different platforms and provide feedback.

There was a very small fix for Qt-Embedded. 

Note that the sources of all platforms are actually the same,
the different packages just contain different compile scripts
and readme.txts

The compile script for Qt-Embedded (named qtopia for
historical reasons) is added to the Qt-X11 Linux tar package.
