Not at the moment ...0.9.30 will be qt-4.5. Qt-4.6 is not stable yet, and it 
will not be at least until reaches 4.6.2 (from expirience with 4.4 and 4.5).
So that means that 4.6 will not be inside lcl for at least 10-12 months from 
now on.
