Hello,
I have the same problem on "Windows Vista home edition" and "Windows XP
Pro SP3", QT is QT4.5.2, with libqt4intf.dll from 04/20/2009 (on both
boxes)

I test with "lazarus 0.9.26.2 FPC 2.2.2" and "lazarus 0.9.29 FPC 2.2.4"
