I know that, but I'm afraid that there always will be somebody :)
I would like to fix USE_QT_XX forever, and use such flag JUST for developers 
NOT for users.

SO, FOR EVERYBODY READING THIS LIST:

QT45 BECOMES DEFAULT, NO MORE QT43, QT44 support.

Anyone ? :)
