[Qt] ARM Qt4Pas V2.1 Access Violations

Hello Den and Nataraj,

Thank you for your help ans suggestions. I still couldn't get the 
compiler to compile workable binaries for QT ARM interface. I suspect 
that it has something to do with my binutils and arm-linux-gnueabi- 
compiler. I'm going to do a fresh installation and start from scratch. 
Will keep you updated with my findings.
