[Qt] webkit in Windows and mac

I actually talking about the binding itself (to write code using Lazarus).
Some libraries exists only for specific platforms, so Lazarus can not
support it for multi-platform, and some work are being done for specific
systems, so for example the binding of Qt (webkit in this case), might work
only on *nix and not on Windows and Mac.
That's where my question is coming from :)
