[Qt] D-n-d does not work in MenuEditor

I cannot reproduce the actual issue but while testing it I noticed
that you cannot reorder menuitems with drag-n-drop when IDE is
compiled for QT widgetset.
Is this a known issue?
I remember Mike Thompson fixed bugs in MenuEditor, including some d-n-d bugs.
I even remember there was an open issue about it but I could not find it.
