[Qt] Qt6

Hi all,

For ppl which follows this list and does not look into forum: Qt6 
support is commited into lazarus trunk.
Until lazarus 2.4 you must build your own libQt6Pas.so.6.2.xx.
Patch version will be subject of change (incrementing) by each change in 
qt6 bindings (today version is 6.2.2).
libQt6Pas.so.6.2 means that it's build with compatibility with Qt-6.2.xx 
LTS series and it will be so until the end of Qt-6.
I've tested qt6 on linux and mac and it works like a charm, but, of 
course feel free to open issues when you spot some problem with qt6.
I could not test win32 atm because there's no prebuilt dlls for 32bit, 
and need to resize vmware disc to accomodate complete Qt-6.2.4 with 
sources. If someone builds libQt6Pas.dll for 32bit windows let me know,
of course 64bit one should be ok too 😄
