Not really :-(

1) It's not a good omen if something only works when the debugging 
features are switched off. Obviously the source code needs some review.

2) I can show the naked Form. But hen I place a TButton or a TLabel on 
that form I get a range check exception, again. (Now in TTInterp line 
482). I don't think it makes much sense to try to disable the range 
checking there, too.

I updated the Mantis accordingly.
