Thats ok I did not add any code last night while I was fighting the dyynamic
captioning thing.

I have updated CVS with my chjanges from last night.  Nothing big.  I added
Tool Tips to TControl so anything created can have a hint added to it.

I don't really like how they look and will look into changing them a bit.
