[lazarus] Long file names and windows (NT).

Hello,

Trying to compile the latest lazarus sources on Windows NT, I discovered
that there is a bug in the Windows implementation of the DOS unit
Findfirst/Findnext sequence. Since the compiler uses this mechanism to search
it's files, it failed to compile Lazarus on Windows NT (and possibly 95 too).

I fixed the bug, the compiler now at least finds the lazarus files;
however it stopped on editor.pp; some syntax error.

Bottom line (literally :) ): If you have the compiler complaining about not
finding some files on Windows, you may need to recompile it. (or get a snapshot)
