[lazarus] New Web site files

More info for the web pages. There is now French and Spanish version of
teh web site. Man are we starting to get fancy or WHAT!  :-)

If you have been to the site recently be sure to do a refresh when you
get to the first page so you can see the new features.

This will be the last thing I will be doing to the web site until I
return from my holiday which will be the 28th. If there are others
planning on creating a translation that is great but it won't be added
to the site until after the 28th so you don't have to rush to get me the
translation.
