[lazarus] set z order

This is GUI dependant I would guess.  We haven't done anything with the Z order for gtk widgets.  Basically we are only concerned with their order of creation at this point...

Soo.... in Lazarus where would I look to find out about setting Z order?

Can Z order and size and pos and enabled be set in one go, like
SetWindowPos?

Is this GUI dependant?
