[lazarus] interface decls

I'd imagine they'd only complain if they started
losing revenue because of Lazarus.  Or if Lazarus
became a commercial product (ie. making money) that
competed with Delphi.

At the moment an open source project like Lazarus just
makes Object Pascal more popular.

They probably can't reply to this one because it goes
against their copyright but they actually permit it
for now.  Later on they may well have something to say
about it.

I personally feel that "no reply" means they are
consenting to the project.

Just my 2c.
