Install Debian or SuSE, they both have this already.

for more information. Debian is free, SuSE must be paid (but you can
download everything for free)

Personally, I don't understand what makes Redhat so popular. Debian and SuSE
are just as easy to use, and SuSE has much more packages and is about 1000
times better configured, in my experience. Plus it's cheaper (at least here
in Belgium)...

Try another distribution. As for using object pascal: if you don't need
interfaces, I think you will have no problems developing with Free Pascal.
