[lazarus] Initialization

Yes what is actually happening I think is that the gtk exception stack is
filling up till it just unloads because it was never initialized...

Your right Cliff. For some reason the InitProcedure is not being called
in the TApplication.Initialization method. I'll have to see what is
going on. Man that would really screw things up if gtk_init is actually
being called.  :-\
